  • Printing & Shipping Fees
    • Once an order is placed and processed by the printing press, printing and shipping fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Refunds may take 1-3 business weeks, depending on the timeline provided by the publisher, either thru PayPal (international orders) or PH local banks (local orders).
    • Shipping fees will depend on the number of copies ordered, the delivery address provided, and the type of service availed from the courier.
    • The author is not accountable for any defects or errors made during the actual printing process and any damage or loss incurred during the shipment period.
  • Loss of Parcel During Shipment
    • Tracking number errors may be subjected to a one-time replacement copy of the item depending on the condition provided by the printing press
    • Items lost during shipment will be NON-REFUNDABLE under any reason and circumstance provided that a tracking number has been sent to the reader
  • Reselling
    • The physical book is not, under any circumstance, subjected to reselling, reprinting, and redistribution to physical outlets or online platforms for commercial and/or profitable use.
  • Data Privacy
    • The personal details that will be provided by the reader in this site will be treated with utmost confidentiality under Data & Privacy Act, and shall not be distributed unless mandated by the law for legal purposes.
  • Customs & Import Charges
    • Customs and import charges may be charged as mandated by the receiving country of the parcel. Please coordinate with your country's customs for any additional charges
